Mojo Gastro Pub made a considerable effort to provide an exclusively plant-based offering inspired by Japan. Guest fell in love with the variety of vegan sushi, and it made us question why this is not the default.

Best Dessert Item

Chef Paula Stonoga brought us to the heart of Brazil for some traditional flavours and right back to Cayman Islands for something special. Guests enjoyed morsels of Churros Brigadeiros + Stick Toffee Cupcake with Salted Caramel Buttercream + Alfajores filled with Dulce de Leche + Citrus meringues!

About The event

Street food is often the first connection people have with a new culture.

We want to allow everyone to connect through food by offering an eclectic selection from around the world and around the way, so we did just that!

Vendors represented over twelve different cultures by providing an exceptional menu that encouraged guests to indulge in unfamiliar bites as well as familiar flavours.

Being in the heart of George Town set the stage for a very enjoyable experience, with engaging live musicians presenting an amazing soundtrack to make you move while eating.
